Airflow Sensor

Intake airflow is detected by the airflow sensor. It is located in the intake passage between the air filter and the intake manifold and informs the MCU of rate of air intake. Incorporated into the airflow sensor is the air temperature sensor. This sensor informs the MCU of ambient temperature of incoming air.
