Throttle Position Sensor

The throttle position sensor is located on the intake manifold near the throttle valve. The throttle position sensor it detects the position of throttle valve. This information is converted into an electrical signal and is sent to the MCU. The MCU interprets the signal as either full throttle, idle or normal operating condition and makes adjustments accordingly.
