Terminal 15 (Wake-Up Line)

There are two lines for terminal 15 between the DDE control unit and CAS/FEM control unit:

15_WUP: This signal serves as a wake-up signal for the DDE control unit
15_3: Via this signal the CAS/FEM control unit can switch off the injector control of the DDE control unit in situations that are critical to safety

NOTE: The following faults are monitored in the engine control unit: The signal transmission via the lines and the internal switches in the DDE control unit and in the CAS/FEM control unit are monitored by the DDE.
