Express Down Does Not Operate: Ciera
- Disconnect power window control module, located behind right side of instrument panel, near A/C module. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Connect test light between ground and Brown wire terminal (power) at control module connector. If test light is on, go to next step. If test light is off, repair open in Brown wire between control module and power window 30-amp circuit breaker.
- Connect test light between ground and Dark Blue wire terminal at control module connector. While observing test light, press master switch to up position. If test light is on, check for poor connection at control module. If connection is okay, replace control module. If test light is off, repair open in Dark Blue wire to control module.
