Left Front Window Inoperative, Others Operate Normally
- Disconnect left front window motor connector. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Connect a test light between Dark Blue wire and Brown wire at left front window motor wiring harness connector. If test light is off, leave test light connected and go to step 3). If test light is on, go to next step.
- Check for short to ground or short to battery in Dark Blue wire and Brown wire between master switch and left front window motor. Repair as necessary and recheck system operation. If wires are okay, replace master switch. Recheck system operation.
- Observe test light and press left window switch at master switch to up and down positions. If test light is on when switch is pressed, replace left front window motor. Recheck system operation. If test light is off when switch is pressed, check for poor connection or open circuit between left front window motor and left front window switch. Repair as necessary and recheck system operation. If no problem is found, replace master switch. Recheck system operation.
