Remote Activation Verification

Continue with the following steps in order to personalize the remote activation verification feature:

1. Press and hold the driver side power door unlock switch to personalize the remote unlock verification.
2. Press the UNLOCK button on the desired transmitter.

   The vehicle will remain in the current mode. The chime will sound a number of times equivalent to the mode number.

3. Press the UNLOCK button on the desired transmitter again in order to advance to the next mode. Again the chime will sound a number of times equivalent to the mode number.
4. Continue to press the UNLOCK button on the desired transmitter until the desired mode is reached.
5. Press and hold the driver side power door lock switch to personalize the remote lock verification.
6. Press the LOCK button on the desired transmitter.

   The vehicle will remain in the current mode. The chime will sound a number of times equivalent to the mode number.

7. Press the LOCK button on the desired transmitter again in order to advance to the next mode. Again the chime will sound a number of times equivalent to the mode number.
8. Continue to press the LOCK button on the desired transmitter until the desired mode is reached.
