Console (Intrigue): Removal

  1. Remove the front floor console trim plate. See CONSOLE TRIM PLATE (INTRIGUE)  .
  2. Remove console shifter control trim plate bolts.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  4. Remove the screws from the front floor console mounting bracket at the rear of the transaxle shift lever.
  5. Open the front floor console armrest.
  6. Remove the mat from the front floor console storage compartment.
  7. Remove the screws from the front floor console mounting bracket at the rear storage compartment base. See Figure .
  8. Remove the screws from the front floor console mounting at the front mounting point. See Figure .
  9. Pull the front floor console rearward, up and out.
  10. Remove the front floor console from the vehicle.
