TCC Pulse Width Modulation Solenoid: Installation

  1. Install the TCC PWM solenoid (334). See Figure . Install the TCC PWM solenoid retaining clip (314F). Connect the TCC PWM solenoid electrical connector.
  2. Install the oil pump to the valve body. See Figure . Install the oil pump bolts (206 and 207). See Figure . Tighten the bolts (207) to 106 INCH lbs. (12 N.m).
  3. Tighten the bolts (206) to 12 ft. lbs. (16 N.m). Reposition and connect the electrical connectors to the following:
    • Fluid pressure manual valve position switch assembly. See Figure .
    • 2-3 Shift solenoid valve assembly.
  4. Install the case side cover. See CASE SIDE COVER  .
