Conditions for Setting the DTC
The PCM detects that the HO2S 1 voltage is more than 890 mV for more than 30 seconds.
OR
The PCM detects that the HO2S 1 voltage is more than 200 mV during decel fuel cut-off (DFCO) for more than 15 seconds.
