Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement .
  2. Remove the 2 housing cover retaining clamps.
    3. Fig 1: Locating Air Cleaner Components

  3. Remove the air cleaner cover (5).
  4. Remove the air filter element (6).
  5. Inspect the housing cover (5), and the seal assembly for damage.
