Installation Procedure

Install a new EGR valve gasket (3).
Install the EGR valve (2).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the EGR valve nuts (1).
Tighten: Tighten the nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
Connect the EGR valve electrical connector.
