Preliminary Procedure Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Remove the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick) . Remove the charge air cooler inlet air hose from the charge air cooler. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement . Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose from the charge air cooler. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement . Remove the lower impact bar. Refer to Front Bumper Lower Impact Bar Replacement (Chevrolet) . Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LUJ, LUV) .
1	Charge Air Cooler Fasteners (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 (89 lb in)

CAUTION:

Tighten
