WARNING: Gasoline or gasoline vapors are highly flammable. A fire could occur if an ignition source is present. Never drain or store gasoline or diesel fuel in an open container, due to the possibility of fire or explosion. Have a dry chemical (Class B) fire extinguisher nearby. Preliminary Procedures Remove the fuel tank fuel pump module. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (AWD) and Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (FWD) . Disconnect the electrical connector.
1	Fuel Level Sensor Procedure Release tabs and slide fuel level sensor up to remove.

Preliminary Procedures

Remove the fuel tank fuel pump module. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (AWD) and Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (FWD) .
Disconnect the electrical connector.
