Condition	Action
The steering column mounting bolts are loose.	Tighten the pivot bolt and the mounting bolts to specification. Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications
The steering gear is loosely mounted.	Tighten the steering gear mounting bolts to specification. Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications
The tie rod ends are loose or damaged.	If necessary, inspect for damage and replace the tie rod ends. Refer to Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod Replacement .
