- If replacing the Rear Differential Clutch Control Module, the module needs to be configured with a rear differential clutch service calibration value. The clutch calibration service value is an alphanumeric value that is stored in the RDCM memory and stamped on the rear differential clutch pack housing. The value must be programmed into the new Rear Differential Clutch Control Module using SPS.
- If replacing the rear differential clutch assembly and keeping the old RDCM, the RDCM will only need to be configured with the number stamped on the housing using a scan tool.
