Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)

  2. Remove Battery Positive Cable Junction Block Cover (1)

  3. Loosen Body Harness Terminal Nut (4)
  4. Remove Body Harness (3)
  5. Remove Battery Positive Cable Nut (1)
  6. Remove Battery Positive Cable (2)
  7. Remove Battery Positive Cable Nut (6)
  8. Remove Battery Positive Cable (5)
  9. Disconnect Electrical Connectors (7) (Qty: 2)

  10. Loosen Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (1)
  11. Remove Battery Positive Cable Junction Block (2)
