Installation Procedure

  1. GM4749708

    With the aid of an assistant, install the exhaust muffler (1) to the vehicle.

  2. GM4749707
    NOTE:

    Install NEW gaskets.

    Exhaust Gasket (3) - Install

  3. Exhaust Muffler (2) - Connect
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Exhaust Muffler Flange Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  5. Lower the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
