Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)

    Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block Cover (2) - Remove

  3. Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (1) - Loosen
  4. Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block (3) - Reposition away

    Battery Hold Down Retainer Bolt (2) - Remove

  6. Battery Hold Down Retainer (1) - Remove
  7. Battery Hold Down Retainer (3) - Remove
