Installation Procedure

Position the power steering fluid cooler (2) on the vehicle.

CAUTION:

Power Steering Fluid Cooler Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Inlet Pipe (2) @ Power Steering Fluid Cooler - Install
Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Inlet Pipe Clamp (1) - Engage

Power Steering Gear Outlet Hose (2) @ Power Steering Fluid Cooler - Install
Power Steering Gear Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage
Install the plastic push pin (3) in the power steering fluid cooler bracket.

Fill and bleed the power steering system. Power Steering System Bleeding
