Preliminary Procedure Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Replacement (Encore, With BTM) Ensure the steering wheel and the front wheels are in the straight ahead position. With the vehicle in accessory mode, remove fuse to unlock the steering column lock control module - Column Lock Wiring Schematics (Encore)
1	Steering Column Lock Control Module Bolt- Rear[2x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 14.5 N.m (11 lb ft)
2	Steering Column Lock Control Module Bolt - Side [2x] Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
