Removal Procedure
- Front Side Door Armrest Bracket Replacement
- Front Side Door Water Deflector - Remove
- Reposition the front side door window regulator rear rail to gain access to remove the door latch and handle bracket assembly.Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement (Driver Side) , or Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement (Passenger Side)
- Front Side Door Window Channel Retainer Replacement
- Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement
- Electrical Connector (1) @ Front Side Door Outside Handle Bracket - Disconnect
- Front Side Door Outside Handle Bracket Fastener - Remove
- Electrical Connector @ Front Side Door Latch - Disconnect
- Front Side Door Latch Bolts (1) [4x] - Remove
- Front Side Door Latch - RemoveNOTE:
Remove the outside handle bracket (1) and the front side door latch (2) as an assembly from the vehicle.
NOTE:
Disconnect the window from the window regulator, place the window in the full up position, use masking tape to tape the window to the upper door frame.
