Remote Keyless Entry System: Programming: Transmitter

NOTE: Ensure reprogramming procedure is completed within 30 seconds of grounding reprogramming connector. If reprogramming procedure is not completed in 30 seconds, remove ground from connector and repeat procedure.

1. Turn ignition on. Ground Black/White wire (Green connector) located in trunk, next to keyless entry module. See Fig 1 , Fig 2 or Fig 3 . Wait for door locks to lock and unlock (approximately 2 seconds).
2. Press unlock button of first transmitter twice with a pause. Wait for door locks to lock and unlock again (approximately 2 seconds). Repeat this step using second transmitter. If only one transmitter is being used, repeat this step with same transmitter. Remove Black/White wire ground from Green connector.
