Test Conditions

PCM Codes E021, E022, E024, E026 and E027 not set, throttle switch closed, vehicle speed equals zero, battery voltage greater than or equal to 11 volts, desired engine speed 152 RPM greater than actual RPM, engine running for more than 7 seconds, no power steering load signal and PCM not commanding an idle speed anticipate.
