Throttle switch open, throttle angle 6-30 degrees, coolant temperature greater than or equal to 136°F (58°C), O2 sensor ready ("closed loop"), engine speed greater than or equal to 800 RPM and canister purge occurred at full duty cycle for 10 minutes since engine was running with coolant 176°F (80°C) and throttle angle 10 degrees or greater.
