Customer Snapshot

When not in diagnostics, a snapshot of PCM data and inputs may be taken by simultaneously pressing the OFF and FRONT DEFOG buttons on the CCDIC. The SERVICE ENGINE SOON MIL will be illuminated while the OFF and FRONT DEFOG buttons are held to confirm a snapshot has been taken. After a customer snapshot has been taken, the data may be retrieved in PCM snapshot and will be stored as a PO01 snapshot.
