Test Conditions

Codes P021, P022, P024, P026 and P027 not set, throttle switch closed, vehicle speed equals zero, battery voltage greater than or equal to 11 volts, desired engine speed 288 RPM greater than actual RPM, and idle speed control start-up delay over. Engine not receiving power steering load. PCM not commanding an idle speed anticipate.
