Both Mirrors Do Not Move Manually

NOTE: After repair or component replacement is completed, perform MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK  under TESTING - SYSTEM CHECKS to verify system is operating properly.
  1. Perform MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK  under TESTING - SYSTEM CHECKS. Go to next step.
  2. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch connector terminal "H" (Orange wire) and ground. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 9).
  3. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch connector terminals "H" (Orange wire) and "A" (Black wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 10).
  4. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch connector terminals "H" (Orange wire) and "C" (Tan/White wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 11).
  5. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch connector terminals "H" (Orange wire) and "B" (Brown wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 11).
  6. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch connector terminals "H" (Orange wire) and Memory Mirror Module (MMM) connector terminal F8 (Tan/White wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 12).
  7. Using test light, backprobe between outside mirror switch connector terminals "H" (Orange wire) and MMM connector terminal E8 (Brown wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 13).
  8. Replace Memory Mirror Module (MMM).
  9. Repair open in circuit No. 1740 (Orange wire) between outside mirror switch and splice S505. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  10. Repair open in circuit No. 50 (Black wire) between outside mirror switch and splice S200. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  11. Replace outside mirror switch. See MIRRORS - POWER article.
  12. Repair open in circuit No. 299 (Tan/White wire) between outside mirror switch and MMM. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  13. Repair open in circuit No. 303 (Brown wire) between outside mirror switch and MMM. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
