All Windows Inoperative

  1. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Using test light connected to ground, backprobe master switch connector Pink wire terminal. If test light illuminates, go to step 3). If test light does not illuminate, go to next step.
  2. Check for open or short in Pink wire between accessory time delay relay and master switch. If circuit is okay, check operation of accessory time delay relay and related circuits. See POWER DISTRIBUTION article in WIRING DIAGRAMS. Recheck system operation.
  3. Using test light, backprobe between master connector Pink wire terminal and Black wire terminal. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black wire between master switch and ground. Recheck system operation.
  4. Check master switch connector for poor terminal contact. If terminal contact is okay, replace master switch. Recheck system operation.
