Data Link Communications System Check

Using scan tool, attempt to establish communication with another system on class 2 serial data line. Scan tool should turn on and communicate with other class 2 devices. If communication cannot be established, go to SCAN TOOL WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CLASS 2 SERIAL DATA  .
