DTC B1658: Radio EEPROM Checksum Error: Description

When ignition switch is turned to ON position, Integrated Radio Controller (IRC) inside radio adds the checksum of EEPROM block. DTC B1658 will set when running checksum does not match computed checksum. DTC B1658 will clear when conditions for fault no longer exist or when scan tool is used. A history DTC will clear after 50 consecutive ignition cycles if conditions for fault no longer exist.
