NOTE: To diagnose ABS/TCS, manufacturer recommends using Tech 2 scan tool, DVOM, Breakout Box (J-39700) and Adapter (J-39700-280).

The EBTCM has self-diagnostic capability, which can detect system failures. Diagnostic trouble codes stored by EBTCM can be displayed using scan tool. See RETRIEVING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES  . Begin ABS/TCS diagnosis with PRE-DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTION  procedure.
