Memory Recall

Memory switch is located on driver's door panel. When MEMORY-1 or MEMORY-2 button is pressed, Driver Door Switch Assembly (DDSA) receives memory switch input. DDSA then sends a memory position recall message over the class 2 serial data line to Driver Door Module (DDM), Memory Seat Module (MSM), Passenger Front Door Module (PFDM) and Steering Column Tilt/Telescopic Module (SCCM) and a single chime is sounded. DDM and PFDM apply voltage to driver and passenger mirror motors until feedback voltage of all mirror position sensors equals the appropriate stored feedback voltages. MSM applies voltage to all seat motors until feedback voltage of all seat position sensors equals the appropriate stored feedback voltages. SCCM applies voltage to steering column motors until feedback voltage of all position sensors equals the appropriate stored feedback voltages. When EXIT button is pressed, a single chime will sound and seat and steering column will move to stored position. See EASY EXIT  .
