Platform Zone Module
PZM is part of an electrical network that controls various engine and body subsystems. PZM is located behind rear seat back and is attached to the electronics bay board. See Fig 1 . PZM controls HVAC afterblow control, battery guard, door lock and unlock, fuel level, retained accessory power, theft deterrent, exterior and interior lighting control, trunk release, time of day for radio display, rear defogger, fuel door release, and vehicle personalization.
