Memory Set

Left Front Power Window Switch (LFPWS) receives input from memory function switch. LFPWS sends a message over Simple Bus Interface (SBI) to Left Front Door Control Module (LFDCM). LFDCM then sends a message over class 2 serial data line to Memory Seat Module (MSM), Right Front Door Control Module (RFDCM) and steering column Tilt/Telescoping Module (TTM). Seat, seatback, lumbar, steering wheel and mirror positions may be recorded for 2 drivers. When MEMORY SET button is depressed, a chime will sound. To record current position, depress MEMORY SET button followed by either No. 1 or No. 2 button. MSM, LFDCM, RFDCM and TTM then records all feedback voltages from position sensors for appropriate driver. A single chime will sound to indicate position has been recorded.
