Rear Integration Module: Installation
- Install the RIM to the bay board.
- Push the RIM (1) into the opening on the bay board, until an audible click is heard, indicating the Rim (1) is secured to the bay board. See Fig 1
.
- Connect the electrical connections to the RIM.
- Install the bay board to the vehicle body.
- Install the bay board fasteners (2). See Figure
. Tighten the fasteners (2) to 80 INCH lbs. (9 N.m).
- Install the rear storage compartment trim.
- Reprogram the RIM. See appropriate BODY CONTROL MODULES article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT.
- Restore the drivers personalization settings.
