- Barometric pressure is more than 10 psi (70 kPa).
- Engine coolant temperature is 176-230°F (80-110°C).
- Intake air temperature is less than 122°F (50°C).
- Idle speed is steady.
- Battery voltage is 11-18 volts.
- Transmission state is steady.
- Vehicle speed is greater than 23 MPH.
- A/C state is steady.
