Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable(s).
  2. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  3. Fig 1: Removing Knee Bolster

  4. Disconnect the brown connector.
  5. Disconnect all other connectors (1).
  6. Remove the BCM from the sliding bracket.
