DTCs P0121, P0122, or P0123 are not set.
The engine is running.
The engine speed is 1000-4000 RPM.
Any change in the Idle Air Control (IAC) position is less than 15 counts.
The change in engine speed is less than 125 RPM.
Traction control is not active.
The change in Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) position is less than 10 percent.
The A/C compressor clutch is steady.
The engine overtemp protection is not active.
The change in the Throttle Position (TP) is less than 4 percent.
The Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) state does not change.
The power steering is stable.
The brake switch state does not change.
The conditions are met for 3 seconds.
