Installation Procedure

  1. Install the intake manifold runner control solenoid.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

  2. Install the intake manifold runner control solenoid bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the intake manifold runner control solenoid bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the upper intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement - Lower in Engine Mechanical - 3.6L (LY7).
