Installation Procedure

Carefully clean the throttle body mounting surfaces of any gasket and/or seal material.
Install the throttle body and NEW gasket.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the throttle body bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the throttle body bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Install the throttle body electrical connector.
Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement .
Perform the idle learn procedure. Refer to Idle Learn Procedure .
Use the scan tool to clear all DTCs.
