Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

  1. Install the knock sensor.

    Tighten:  Tighten the knock sensor to 25 N.m (18 lb. ft.).

  2. Connect the knock sensor electrical connector.
  3. Reinstall the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement in Engine Mechanical.
