Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) pipe.
Tighten: Tighten the EGR pipe nut to 60 N.m (44 lb. ft.).
Lower the vehicle.
Install the bolt at water crossover housing.
Tighten: Tighten the water crossover housing bolt to 24 N.m (18 lb. ft.).
