Dash Integration Module Replacement (Body Control Module)



DASH INTEGRATION MODULE REPLACEMENT (BODY CONTROL MODULE)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) closeout panel.
2. Disconnect the closeout panel light electrical connector (1).
3. Remove the screws securing the body control module (BCM) to the I/P.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connectors to the BCM.
2. Install the screws securing the BCM to the I/P.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (15 lb in).

3. Connect the closeout panel light electrical connector (1).
4. Install the I/P closeout panel.
5. If installing a replacement BCM, program the BCM. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information. Programming and Relearning
