Installation Procedure

  1. Using the J 25033-C  , install the power steering pump pulley to the power steering pump.

  2. Ensure that the axial tolerance of the power steering pulley on the power steering pump is within 0.25 mm (0.010 in).
  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Power Steering and Air Conditioning for the 3.6L (LY7) engine or Drive Belt Replacement - Air Conditioning, Power Steering and Water Pump for the 4.6L (LH2) engine.
  4. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement for the 3.6L (LY7) engine or Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement for the 4.6L (LH2) engine.
