Installation Procedure

Assemble the fuel system as follows:

1. Install the fuel rail assemblies. Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement - Bank 1  and Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement - Bank 2 .
2. Install the fuel module assemblies. Refer to Primary Fuel Tank Module Replacement  and Secondary Fuel Tank Module Replacement .
3. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service  in order to connect the following quick connect fittings to the fuel rail:
   • The feed hose/pipe
   • The return hose/pipe
