Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Identifying Fuel Level Sensor

  1. Install the fuel level sensor (1).
    2. Fig 2: Locking Fuel Level Sensor Locking Tab

    NOTE:

    Do not push on the electrical terminals.

  2. Slide the fuel level sensor (1) downward until the locking tab (2) locks into place.

    NOTE:

    Do not push on the electrical wires.

    NOTE:

    Ensure the connector locking tab is fully seated into the flange.

  3. Connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1).
  4. Install the primary fuel tank module. Refer to Primary Fuel Tank Module Replacement .
