Rearview Camera Replacement

Preliminary Procedure: Remove the pickup box endgate latch handle bezel. Refer to Pickup Box Endgate Latch Handle Bezel Replacement (Pickup) or Pickup Box Endgate Latch Handle Bezel Replacement (Utility) .
1	Rear Object Camera Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tip: The rearview camera and the rearview control module are replaced as a complete assembly. Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Rear Object Camera Procedure Remove the endgate to assist in removal of the grommet and electrical connector with harness. Refer to Endgate Replacement . Disconnect the electrical connector.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tip: The rearview camera and the rearview control module are replaced as a complete assembly.

Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)

Rear Object Camera

Procedure

Remove the endgate to assist in removal of the grommet and electrical connector with harness. Refer to Endgate Replacement .
Disconnect the electrical connector.
