Installation Procedure

Assemble the fuel system as follows:

1. Install the fuel injectors and fuel rail. Refer to Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement - Bank 1 (LF1, LFW) , and Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement - Bank 2 (LF1, LFW) .
2. Install the fuel module assemblies. Refer to Primary Fuel Tank Module Replacement (China) , and Secondary Fuel Tank Module Replacement .
3. If required, install the fuel filter. Refer to Fuel Filter Replacement (China) .
4. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service  in order to connect the following quick connect fittings to the fuel rail:
   • The feed hose/pipe
   • The return hose/pipe
