Preliminary Procedures
- Remove as much power steering fluid from the power steering fluid reservoir as possible.
- Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
.
- Place drain pans under the vehicle.

Power Steering Fluid Cooler
Procedure
- Release the power steering fluid cooler from the plastic clip and disconnect the power steering hoses from the cooler.
- Connect the power steering hoses to the power steering fluid cooler and secure the cooler in the plastic clip.
- Clean any excess power steering fluid from the vehicle and remove the drain pans.
- Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
Tighten 34 N.m (25 lb ft) |
