NOTE: If the vehicle is not equipped with RPO UGN the vehicle yaw sensor is located internally as part of the airbag sensing and diagnostic module. Refer to Airbag Sensing and Diagnostic Module Replacement . Preliminary Procedures Turn the ignition OFF. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .
1	Yaw Sensor Nut (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 7 N.m (62 lb in)
2	Vehicle Yaw Sensor Procedure After the installation is complete, configure the yaw sensor. Refer to Multi-Axis Acceleration Sensor in Electronic Brake Control Module Programming and Setup . After the installation is complete, perform the Vehicle Yaw Sensor Learn .

Preliminary Procedures

Turn the ignition OFF.
Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .

Yaw Sensor Nut (Qty: 2)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
7 N.m (62 lb in)

Vehicle Yaw Sensor

Procedure

After the installation is complete, configure the yaw sensor. Refer to Multi-Axis Acceleration Sensor in Electronic Brake Control Module Programming and Setup .
After the installation is complete, perform the Vehicle Yaw Sensor Learn .
